Proposal 1777
210 - 1777 - Jindřich Rajchl
Scope: Sections 134l–134o; pages 1–2.
The amendment clarifies the transitional provision regarding the rules for gender-balanced selection of members of the governing bodies of listed issuers. The new rules shall not apply to current members of such bodies as of the effective date of the Act, nor to selection processes initiated prior to that date. The previous wording regarding a candidate for whom the selection process has already begun is replaced with a more precise definition to protect legal certainty and selection procedures already underway.
